Every change to a scored field is recorded with what it was, what it became and when. A site that scores others on transparency does not get to edit itself silently.
This is history[] from the published data, not a separate editorial changelog — which is why it cannot be curated. An entry appears here because the record moved, including the entries where a score went down after we found something. What the contract does not track is everything that is not the value itself: sources, dates, origin, both version numbers, key gaps. A fact re-read on a later day and found unchanged is not a change to the provider, and does not appear here.
Every change to every record since it entered the catalogue, with what the value was and what it became. 359 entries across 29 of the 77 records, over 8 days between 27 August 2026 and 25 September 2026, and all of them are below — this is the log, not a selection from it. Nothing is pruned and nothing expires.
The log is not written by hand. It is read back out of the committed revisions of the records themselves, because a changelog somebody maintains is a second copy of the truth and drifts from the first.
A field that left the schema shows up here as a value going back to not on the record. Where a record has no entries at all (48 of them today), nothing tracked about it has changed since it joined the catalogue — an empty log means that, never that no log is kept.
