Service class
Not everything sold as a VPN is one. A commercial VPN, a browser proxy, an anti-censorship tool and a P2P network protect different things. Pick a type to see its providers.
The class comes from service_class in the contract, and it decides which number to read first, not how high either number is. A censorship tool with a poor security score and a privacy-first VPN with a small network are both correct answers — to different questions.
Every provider carries exactly one class. It is the one field on the page that changes how the page should be read, which is why it sits on the row rather than in a filter.
The vocabulary carries nine values, five of them occupied, and an empty term gets no page rather than an empty one. Thinness is the rule here rather than the exception: a single record stands behind one of the occupied classes, which is the same problem the single-provider jurisdictions have.
