Reliability band
Every provider’s security score places it in a band, from strong to not recommended. Pick a band to see who is in it, ranked by security.
The band is not stored anywhere. It is read off the published security integer every time this page is built — ≥75 strong, 55–74 acceptable, 35–54 weak, 15–34 insufficient, under 15 not recommended — so a provider cannot carry a word that disagrees with its number.
Read the second figure before concluding anything. Neither number is folded into the other, and the order here follows security alone.
Every one of the 77 carries a band: the contract scores each record, and there is no sixth state to give a page to. A record carrying usability.state: no_data (ten on file) has a usability figure that is a floor rather than a placement — but that is the other axis, it does not move the record between bands, and it gets a mark on the row instead of a route of its own.
