Editorial
How a provider on HushFleet is reviewed and scored, how a mistake gets corrected, and why no provider can move its own number.
unknown rather than being inferred. If a number here is wrong, we would rather hear it from you than leave it up. Corrections to factual data are made the same day and the page’s updated date moves with them. Where a correction changes a score, the score changes too, and so does the rank — there is no version of this where we quietly keep the old order.
Use the correction form, which carries the field identifier and the value you saw so we do not have to ask what you were looking at. Every change we make is logged in public.
No provider sees a review before it is published. No provider has approval over its own copy, its score, or its label.
Nothing a provider could arrange with us reaches its number, because there is no lever to reach for: the score is computed from published fields and carries no editorial adjustment. Every field it runs on names its source and the day it was checked, and every change to one is in the log. That is the whole of what stands behind the claim — you are not asked to take our word for it, because our word is not part of the calculation.
